U10 training session

Day 1 – Offensiv in die Mitte dritte – 90 Minute session

Warmup – 15 minute – Size between cones can be varied (10 – 20 meters). 4 Minute using only left foot with a clockwise rotation (2 minute stretch). Then 4 minute using only right foot with a counter clockwise rotation (2 minute stretch). 


Taktisch Übung 1 – 20 minute

Endspiel – 2 x 10 minute
