Ball Training
Juggling – 4 x per week:

Juggling 60 minutes

  1. Below knee – 10 minutes (goal is to get a minimum 50 to 100 each foot)
  2. Between knee & hip -10 minutes (goal is to get a minimum 50 to 100 each foot)
  3. Between hip & head -10 minutes (goal is to get a minimum 50 to 100 each foot)
  4. Heading ball juggling -10 minutes (goal is to get a minimum 50 to 100)
  5. Both leg juggling -10 minutes (1 time left & 1 time right, then 2 time left & 2 time right, then 3 time left & 3 time right, then do until 10 and then start counting backwards back to 1). Goal is to do 1 to 10 and back with both feet.

Ball Training
Crossing – 4 x per week:

Crossing

  1. With laces working on crossing from 10 meter (10 minutes with left and 10 minutes with right foot, goal is 20 to 50 each foot).
  2. With laces working on crossing from 30 meter (10 minutes with left and 10 minutes with right foot
  3. , goal is 20 to 50 each foot).

Ball Training
Shooting – 4 x per week:

Shooting

  1. Dribble with laces then take a shot – then take a shot when you are 5 meter from goal (30 meter dribbling before shot, 20 shots each foot).
  2. Dribbling with inside & outside then take a shot – then take a shot when you are 5 meter from goal (30 meter dribbling before shot, 20 shots each foot).
  3. Dribbling with laces with 2 step-over every few meter – then take a shot when you are 5 meter from goal (30 meter dribbling before shot, 20 shots each foot).
  4. Dribbling with laces with any dribble you like then take a shot (30 meter dribbling before shot, 20 shots each foot).
