Below knee – 10 minutes (goal is to get a minimum 50 to 100 each foot)
Between knee & hip -10 minutes (goal is to get a minimum 50 to 100 each foot)
Between hip & head -10 minutes (goal is to get a minimum 50 to 100 each foot)
Heading ball juggling -10 minutes (goal is to get a minimum 50 to 100)
Both leg juggling -10 minutes (1 time left & 1 time right, then 2 time left & 2 time right, then 3 time left & 3 time right, then do until 10 and then start counting backwards back to 1). Goal is to do 1 to 10 and back with both feet.
