SOUL OF SOCCER U14 age group team is made up of talented players (ages 13 to 14) registered from across the globe. They come together to participate on the team tour to showcase their talent against German teams at the appropriate level in the effort to prepare the players to start a professional football career in Germany when they are 18 years old.
The GO PRO Player Pathway Program step-by-step approach at the U14 age group utilizes the team tour and 5 day residential camps to continue to gradually introduce the players to German football & culture.
A holistic step-by-step approach offering a balanced (social/family life & football) for the player while providing them with continuous development opportunities in Germany.

SOUL OF SOCCER online training modules with of over 200 training modules focusing on technical, tactical, physical and mental player development. The program is individually designed for each age group. The additional option to add a bi-weekly video analysis of the player's games & training ensures the progress of the training and allows us to adapt the training plan when needed.
The online coaching program works in parallel with the players’ team training and continuously develops the players in all areas over the course of the season. Utilizing the S.M.A.R.T. (Specific, Measured, Achievable, Relevant and Timed) ensures the step-by-step improvement and development of the player depending on their individual needs.
Team Tours - The combined football training camp and city tours provide soccer players with a unique opportunity to gain international experience in football and culture.
5 Day Camp - During the 5 day camp the players will receive daily training from a UEFA licensed coach while at camp and evening training with a German team in their appropriate age group. This provides the players with the opportunity to enjoy the international soccer experience while playing league games in the top football country in the world. In addition to creating a network for the players so that when they turn 18, they will be ready for a professional career in Germany.

Included in the program are daily training sessions at top training facilities, organized friendly matches and entry for a game at the local professional club.
Organized city tours with local guides give first-hand insight into the cultural history of each city.
The philosophy is to offer young players the opportunity to develop themselves humanly and footballing in the context of international experience and international football exchange.

Located on the Baltic Sea coast of Germany, the SOUL OF SOCCER facility offers players a perfect training environment. The camp focus is on player development in addition to creating a network for the players so that when they turn 18, they will be ready for a professional career in Germany.
The players will receive daily morning training from a German UEFA licensed coach while at camp and evening training will be with German team in their appropriate age group and level.
This provides the players with the opportunity to enjoy the international soccer experience while playing in the top football country in the world.
